Started summer classes today. It actually wasn’t too bad. I met some nice people in class. Had lunch with a couple really cool guys and later met another passionate musician which lead to some great conversations. Pleasantly surprising given I had very little hope for this semester.

Mowed the lawn for the first time this year today. Sure looks good. Being a home owner can be great some times.

Tonight I think we are going to a party in George’s honor tonight. My family loves parties anyway, but this is to recognize (I think) George’s academic progress. He just yesterday completed his last class of his first year of college and managed to maintain an amazing 4.0 GPA. I am really impressed. That is way better than I did, for sure. George has a bright future, of that I am certain.
